1. From Durango head north on Hwy 550 about 12 miles. You will see a sign for Colorado Timberline Academy on your right. Turn right and follow the signs.

2. From the north (Ouray, Silverton, etc) head south on Hwy 550. At mile marker (?) start looking to slow down at the bottom of the long hill for a left turn into ColoradoTimberline Academy

3. Bring extra clothing such as wool or fleece for warmth, sunscreen, water, camera, and Smiles. See our FAQ's page for more details.
